Accessibility statement

What this statement covers

It covers the public pages at mytripfleet.com and the driver client zone that is part of them. It does not cover the dispatch dashboard, which is not publicly available, we hold it to the same rules, but it is not the subject of this statement.

Compliance status

The site conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA, with the exceptions listed below. Automated testing reports no violations. A number of criteria cannot be tested by machine at all and were assessed by hand.

Content that may not be accessible

What we know does not, or may not, comply:

• Order text from our supplier. Notes about a ride reach us from a partner's system and are often in a language other than the rest of the page. We cannot guarantee correct language markup for them, because we do not know what language they are in.
• Documents and photographs uploaded by drivers. Licences, vehicle papers and car photographs are uploaded by the drivers themselves. They are images without a text alternative we could meaningfully supply on their behalf.
• Bot protection. The registration and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. It is non-interactive by default and asks no puzzle, but in rare cases it may ask for confirmation.
• Map links. Routes open in a third-party mapping service whose accessibility is not ours to answer for.

How this was assessed

By self-assessment on 21 August 2026, in two ways at once.

By machine, with axe-core against the rendered pages, the public site, sign-in, registration and the whole client zone, in light and dark, including at 320 px wide.

By hand for what a machine cannot decide: moving through every page by keyboard, focus visibility, focus order, how form errors are announced, control target sizes, and behaviour at 400% zoom.

What we do for accessibility

• The whole site is operable by keyboard, and the focused element is always visibly marked.
• Every page starts with a link that skips the navigation and goes straight to the content.
• Text contrast meets 4.5:1 in both the light and the dark theme.
• At 320 px the content does not spill into a horizontal scrollbar, so it stays readable at 400% zoom.
• Form errors are described in words and announced to a screen reader, not merely coloured.
• The site is available in full in Czech, English and Ukrainian, and the page's language is marked up.
• Colour never carries meaning on its own, a ride's status always has text beside the colour.

If we do not answer

Accessibility of services in Czechia is governed by Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for certain products and services, which brings directive (EU) 2019/882 into Czech law. It has been in force since 28 June 2025.

The act exempts the smallest providers from its service requirements, meaning those with fewer than ten employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet total under 2 million euro. We hold to them regardless.

If we do not respond, or you are not satisfied with how we handled it, refer the matter to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which supervises the accessibility of services. Submissions go to coi.gov.cz/podatelna.
